Tony Giancola
Tony Giancola joined Teracon Property Management in 2012 to manage its accounting and finance operations. As Teracon grew, he oversaw the enhancement of its systems and resources while maintaining the company’s vision. His knowledge, particularly in strategic management and management tool assessment, is key to maximizing results and value gains. As chief operating officer, he’s now in charge of the planning, marketing, sales, management and construction teams and strives to ensure the success of all property management projects.

DANIEL ETHIER, CPA
Vice-President Finance
Senior executive, UQAM graduate, member of the Quebec CPA Order since 1992 and with more than thirty years of experience in accounting and management. He has worked for major real estate management companies in Montreal. He joined the Teracon Property Management team in 2022 to oversee the accounting department and support the rapid growth of Teracon and its customers. He is recognized for his thoroughness, expertise and efficiency.

Me Desolina Meccia
Director of Legal Affairs
Desolina Meccia has a Bachelor’s in Civil Law and in Common Law from McGill University and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Concordia University. She has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1992. Her practice focuses mainly on commercial and real estate law. Ms. Meccia joined the Teracon Property Management team as Director of Legal Affairs in November 2015.

Anik Lapointe
Property Manager
Anik Lapointe brings to Teracon Property Management an extensive and versatile background in real estate and property management from Residential to Commercial to Leasing and Sales. Starting her career in 2010 as an administrative assistant at RE/Max Realty, Since then, Anik had the opportunity to grow as a property manager and administrator, maintenance supervisor and coordinator. Anik continues to strive in bringing commitment, competence, and passion to her workplace.
Jean-François Dos Santos
Property Manager
Jean-Francois is a seasoned customer service professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. He is known for his commitment to excellent customer service and his ability to manage complex situations. Throughout his career, Jean-Francois has been recognized for his significant contribution to the property management industry. He developed innovative preventative maintenance programs, improving the sustainability and profitability of the properties he managed. It was there that he discovered his passion for building management and relationships with both owners and tenants.
